Terms of Service — DivineMeals369
Last updated: 4 September 2026
1. Who we are, and accepting these Terms
DivineMeals369 (the "App") is operated by Divine Creations NZ Limited, NZBN 9429031005975, Auckland, New Zealand.
By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. The current version of these Terms and our Privacy Policy are always available at divinecreations369.com.
2. Who can use the App
Accounts are created and managed by adults.
A family administrator may add a "Junior" member to their household. A Junior member does not create an account, cannot register a business listing or make purchases, and has limited view-only access to that family's meal plans. The administrator is responsible for the information they add about a Junior member. Our Privacy Policy explains how that information is handled.
3. Your account
Please keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for giving accurate information when you create an account or register a business listing.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms.
4. Using the App properly
Please do not use the App unlawfully, post false or misleading business information, post content that is abusive or inappropriate, interfere with the App, or use bots or scrapers to access it.
The App refuses searches for restricted goods — including alcohol, tobacco, weapons, poisons and controlled substances — by design. Please do not attempt to work around that.
5. AI-generated content is an estimate, not a fact
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate ingredient lists from recipe names and to estimate grocery prices at nearby stores.
These are estimates. Quantities may be wrong. Prices may not match what a shop actually charges, and no shop is bound by a price shown in the App — they are not offers and we do not receive them from the stores.
Please check anything that matters before you rely on it, particularly prices before you buy.
6. Food safety, allergies and health
DivineMeals369 is a planning tool. It does not give dietary, nutritional or medical advice.
Dietary tags and ingredient lists are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. If anyone in your household has a food allergy, intolerance or medical condition, always check the actual product packaging, and speak to a qualified health professional. Please do not rely on the App for that.
7. Sharing within your family
Meals, comments, shopping items and photos you add to a family plan are visible to everyone in that family, including the administrator. Please only add content you are comfortable sharing with your household.
8. Business listings
If you register a business listing, you are responsible for its accuracy. We review listings manually and may approve, suspend or remove them, including where content is reported as inaccurate or inappropriate. We do not otherwise verify businesses.
Where a listing carries a subscription, the price, billing cycle and cancellation terms are shown to you before you subscribe, and you may cancel at any time.
We are not party to any transaction between you and your customers, and we do not promise visibility, enquiries or business of any kind.
9. Purchases and advertising
The App offers an optional one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. The price is shown in your own currency by the app store before you buy. Purchases are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their refund policies — we cannot process refunds ourselves.
Unless you have purchased Remove Ads, the App shows advertisements through Google AdMob. We restrict the categories we allow, but we do not choose individual advertisements and are not responsible for their content.
10. Your content
You keep ownership of what you create — your recipes, photos and listings. You give us permission to store and display that content within the App so we can provide the service to you and your family. You can delete your content at any time.
The App itself, its design and its features belong to Divine Creations NZ Limited.
11. What we can and cannot promise
We work to keep the App accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that AI-generated content will be correct or suitable for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded — including, for consumers in New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, and equivalent consumer protection laws in other countries.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from relying on AI-generated prices, ingredients or nutritional information.
12. Ending your use of the App
You may stop using DivineMeals369 at any time.
To delete your account and its personal data, email support@divinecreations369.com from your account email address with the subject "Delete my account". You do not need to give a reason. We complete deletion requests within 5 to 30 days and confirm by email. Our Privacy Policy sets out what is deleted and what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
We may suspend or end access where these Terms have been breached.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the App or by email and update the date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep any protections your own country's law gives you that cannot be set aside by agreement.
