Delete your DivineMeals369 account

DivineMeals369 is operated by Divine Creations NZ Limited, Auckland, New Zealand.

You can ask us to delete your DivineMeals369 account and the personal data associated with it at any time. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request deletion

Email support@divinecreations369.com with the subject line "Delete my account", from the email address you use to sign in.

If you can no longer email from that address, write to us anyway and we will verify your identity another way. You do not need to reinstall the app to make this request.

What gets deleted

• Your account record and profile

• Your meal plans, shopping lists and pantry/stocktake data

• Photos you uploaded — profile picture, family photo, meal photos

• Your family membership, and any family you administer

• Any vendor business listing you own

What we may keep

• Records we must retain for legal, tax or accounting reasons — for example that a purchase took place. These are kept only as long as the law requires and are used for nothing else.

• Purchases made through Google Play are also recorded by Google, under Google's own policies.

• Anonymised or aggregated data that can no longer identify you.

How long it takes

We complete deletion requests within 5 to 30 days of receiving them, and confirm by email once it is done.

Deleting only part of your data

If you would rather remove one thing — a photo, a business listing, a family member — than your whole account, email the same address and tell us what you would like removed. Most content can also be deleted directly in the app.
